BC Rail Dash-8 cowl in Seattle

Yesterday leaving the Seahawks game there was a bunch power on one of the leads along the north end of airport way of interest... A lone ex BN SD60M on a cut of doublestacks, a mixed bag of Dash-9's in Warbonnet and BNSF schemes, and then a CP Dash-9, BC Rail Dash-8 cowl and BNSF Dash-9 sitting cut off next to an adjacent cut of cars. Not sure if its still around, but its been a Long time since I've seen one of those.

Is CN still running them on the old BC Rail lines, or are they thrown all over the system?
