That green material on that little shelter looks like the sunshade material used by nurserymen, when they have young seedlings that they don't want sunburned. It can also help prevent frost damage to young seedlings. Is there some sort of agricultural business in the Dos Rios area?

Also, that small blob of yellow behind the shelter, is that a speeder?
