It's an old abandoned flour mill on the west bank of the Willamette River. In its heyday it was called Crown Flour, more recently Centennial Mills. There was talk a couple of years back of turning it into a retail center and tourist attraction, but local politics killed that idea. Moreover, the building may have already deteriorated past the point of any feasible restoration. It will probably have to be torn down.
