Question about Gen Set locomotives. Are any of them built completely new or are all of them rebuilds of older frames and trucks? I'm curious because of the Blomberg trucks under this unit. Where did they come from. When WP bought new GE U-Boats they saved money by utilizing the trucks from retired F-units.
