"The Wrecker"

I was in the local grocery emporium today, dodging reckless shoppers in their electro-carts, looking for something soul satisfying for supper...
ran across a "bargain bin" containing hardback novels at a discount. Sitting on top of the pile was "The Wrecker" by Clive Cussler and his minion.
Apparently the story line, set in 1907, involves a saboteur on the SP's Cascade line, and a private detective (Van Dorn Detective Agency)assigned to bring the saboteur to justice.
Don't know how it reads, but, at a check-out price of $1.00, I guess I can't go too far wrong.
