Motorcar Operators West was planning an excursion in the fall after the bridge work completed, but would like to be part of a bridge reopening event after I suggested it to them. Neither the RTC nor Santa Cruz & Monterey Bay Railway have committed to putting on such an event, but are considering it after I suggested it. If it happens, I guess it would occur around August or September.
