Almost looks like Old Ektachrome. Or something done under flourescent lights. Anyway - if you have a photo editing app someplace that can adjust white balance it's easy to fix. I have an app (PC, not phone) where I could, for instance, click on that trailer on the right as an example of what should be "white" and it'll fix the entire image instantly (NOT Photoshop, though I'm sure the Adobe crowd has a similar feature). Handy as a baseline for further editing if needed. I think even Irfanview can do something like that (free).
