OK...So now it is illegal for my kid to go "camping" in our own backyard? I guess this also means that if a trucker stops to get their 10 hr rest [reguired by the feds], he is breaking the law. I know that it is illegal in most places to sleep on the side of the road. But if I get permission from a property owner to park until they open up in the morning, I'm still in trouble. You can't "campout" waiting for a train. Oh wait... You can't take pictures of trains anymore. Hell, the next thing you know it will be illegal just to look at a train.
