I haven't seen Francis Wong for 30 years, but I remember fondly the times that he would come down to the Orange Empire Railway Museum and volunteer when I was also out working at the museum. It was a long drive from the bay area, but Francis would hit the road several timss a year. He was indeed a 'class act'.
