Foreign power om NB Amtrak Cascades.

About 1430 on the first day of spring, and with my camera in my jacket in the car, the mid-day Cascade barreled through Puyallap (nr. Tacoma)WA at track speed today. Nothing unusual there, but on the point was a blue and yellow CSX loco. Thing was doing 80, so no chance for even a quick shot had I had the camera, even less for a try at identifying if EMD or GE.
This beats a previous sighting of a Heritage II painted BNSF GE pulling into Belingham with the Vancouver-bound Cascade in tow a few years ago, the picture of which I'll post someday when I join the 21st century.
Anybody here have any inside info. into power issues with AMTK out west here?
