Hey George-- You never know... She "might" just WALK free...
Think about it! Besides the Union folks, she could get a sharp attorney who proves CTA knew of an earlier problem, lack of training, whatever might be.. Plus, the safety item that should have detected end-of-track 45 feet before or whatever it was, failed to operate... etc etc..

Things happen in mysterious ways, Sir.. What do you think ??
