As of 07:00 Monday AM at Kingsburg (about 80+ miles north of Bikersfield, 200 miles south of Stockton) sky was clear and weather chilly; probably in the high 30's. No clouds forming.

Hopefully, it turns crappy. Snow is kind of big deal around here because it can present reasonably rare photographic opportunities. My rest days are WED-THU, so I hope I can get out there. I appreciate the heads up- the Weather Channel generally doesn't give a second thought to activity west of the Mississippi, and with all the programs they run now, just getting the weather on the 8's seems to be a task.
