USGS page for the main shock: [
earthquake.usgs.gov]
Looking at the main earthquakes page (http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/map/) looks like a robust aftershock sequence. A 3.6 foreshock about a minute before. Looks like everything's between La Habra & Brea, so rail issues if any should be only on some light-traffic freight lines. Zoom in on the main earthquake page so you can see the group of shocks, then switch the settings to "terrain" base map which includes rail lines.
Given the size and shallow depth, there probably is some light damage near the epicenter.
