Stampede sidings

Had the opportunity to chase an empty tanker train up Stampede the other day as far as Kanaskat... brought up a couple questions. The siding at Covington looked like it had seen some action. They wouldn't have a meet there would they, non-CTC and all? Maybe storing a train waiting for a crew? Is there even any westbound traffic on the line?

Also, was the siding at Cle Ellum stub ended? I was horsing around on Google and one view looked like they took the west switch out.
