I don't think anybody could call it a restoration anyway. What I see here is one hell of a kitbashing job. The engine is from a m420 and the trucks are from a FM Erie built I believe. It belongs to him and he can paint the old girl any way he wants. Besides, look at how many schemes the 4449 has been in. You never know...maybe Mopac one day.
