AFAIK that's the SP Hospital's RSV clinic, and in 35 years of going by it on the main line, I never saw any evidence of use. As of the end of 2010 it was still there. The [real] RSV depot was closer to the 2-4-5 herder's shanty, where the modules were (behind the Hotel Barker).
