With the Pacific Ocean in the background, the brown grass, shrubbery and milepost all point to the Davenport (Santa Cruz) branch. Lower Scaroni Road is dead on. SNRy would be Sierra Northern Railway, the interim operator of the branch between UP and SCMB.
