There's always some BS reason or excuse why the SCMB can't get it's act together. The only way any part of the branch will be viable is if the cement plant re-opens. Expect trains to Willits or commuters to Monterrey before that happens.

Until then, the SCMB is a half-assed switching operator in Pajaro with less miles of servicable track and less customers than any other railroad in the state.
