That's about how I feel about it. Once SMART is up and running and starts to increase service the legal battles will begin. Unless the NWP get's it's lawyers pro bono, SMART (with all it's taxpayer money) will win, and NWP and the Taxpayers will lose.


I believe NCRA made a deal with the @#$%&.
