Historically, RDCs were not used in Oregon; the closest was a Northern Pacific RDC run from Spokane to Lewiston. SP only had one RDC on the Northwestern Pacific, neither UP nor SP&S (including OE and OT) owned a RDC.

I do have a photo in one of my Western Pacific pictorial books of the WP's two "Zephyrettes" stopped at Union Station, en route to the Northern Pacific.

In the early 1970s the Oregon, Pacific & Eastern acquired SP's #10 and ran it out of Cottage Grove; after a few years it was sold...today it's rusting as part of the Galveston Railroad Museum's roster (hurricane damage).

Today we have TriMet's two RDCs, POTB's two RDCs, the PNWC's two RDCs, and the three ODOT/WURR RDCs now just across the border in Idaho.
