The Altamont Press Railfan Timetable referred to above--NW #8--I believe it is almost six years old. Users are advised to check radio frequencies with other sources. While most of the info is still accurate, there have been a few changes on tne Scenic sub around Everett WA. I don't know if info for the OT line is 100% accurate.
