It appears that the attorney representing the Galveston Railroad Museum, Kenneth A. Zimmern, is also on the railroad museum board and is the museum Treasurer. I am guessing he is taking this on Pro bono (for the public good). I was curious how a railroad museum could afford this. Hopefully IPH will honor their obligations. It’s too bad it has to come to this though…
