Sam Zell has not agreed to buy Iowa pacific Holdings. The deal is not done yet. This is a really smart guy that is looking in all the Nooks and Crannies for problems. Sam works really hard. Sure he is looking for the best deal. But he was not called the grave dancer for nothing. He is a slum lord. He will keep the good stuff and dump the bad stuff. That is just the way it works… If you have money owed to you from IPH this is the only chance that you will get it back if you file like the Galveston Railroad Museum has done. Good luck to you all.
