Never got stuck on either Peoplemover or Rocket Rods at Disneyland, and in 2 trips to FL I don't remember seeing the Peoplemover there. The PM in CA was kind of rough riding - you felt it when you contacted each wheel. The Rocket Rods were obviously going to have problems with the noise, acceleration/deceleration (enough to be uncomfortable), and lack of banking on the curves - but it got through my ride without a failure.
Wife got stuck on Space Mountain while my daughter & I were doing some other ride (don't remember which). Took them almost 2 hours to clear everybody out. We did NOT take them up on a rain check for another ride after they fixed it (the next day). Back in the days when you could do Disneyland in the summer (midweek) without ride reservations (not available at that time) and still wait 1/2 hour or less for almost all of them. Oh yes, and for $100 covering two (almost all 3) of us.
