First field service call I ever made was to replace one of the pneumatic actuator assemblies on
the steering rail switches on the Jungleland Cruise. We had just done a large scale upgrade on the
systems and we were 100%,like show up now, for warranty repairs. I didn't get stuck but a few people on boats did!
The one call I did miss was the Lincoln malfunction. The Lincoln figure was servo
controlled and one of the first applications I'd seen outside of the military. At any rate they
were running Mil H5606 for hydraulic fluid (very red in color) and had a hose leak about mid chest.
Certain Disney personnel were not real keen on the overall effect.
