Here's the primary reason that GREYHOUND Bus Lines is doing this demolition :

The single loop of interurban trackage still runs thru the covered area of the terminal where the buses pull in.. There are a couple of spots where you can see a piece of the steel..

The line left this terminal and ran up Westlake Avenue. Then up Fremont to 43rd-- left on 43rd to Phinney.. Right on Phinney to about 50th Ave.. Half left onto Greenwood from Phinney.. Right on 85th to Evanston, left onto private right-of-way and North to way points.

Hate to see the old building go.. I am about two blocks from it as I type this!
