A computer system update (Dispatcher said it was a Microsoft update), took down the CTC on the Seattle sub for Centralia North and Seattle Terminal.

Perhaps this was the cause of the problem on the Columbia Sub.

Over here, Sounders were being canceled, Cascades lining turnouts by hand, and trains tied down. Finally back on line around 5 pm, but the damage was certainly done. Centralia North was taking crap from anyone.
