Noticed the backup over here about 11am. There was an auto rack train AND the Spud local both stopped between Malaga and the Rock Island Bridge, with another blocking the Rock Island crossing. I had to go back into town, and when I came back to Rock Island about 4, the lineup was as I noted above. Not to long after I posted the initial comment, the train at the crossing whistled off (followed by what I assumed was a very late Builder), and everything seemed to go better after that, about 5:30pm.
