Shortlines in Southeast WA and into Idaho

I will be passing through the south central part of Washington State soon. I used the search function on here but did not see anything recent. Does anyone know the operating schedules/times for:

-UP trains that go over Joso Bridge
-PCC trains on the Wallula/Hooper/Thornton lines
-Great Northwest Railroad (I assume the train to Ayer is run at night?)
-BG&CM (doubt there is anything regular?)
