Looking at the Google sat photo a little crosseyed, the loco in the last photo seems to be passing the front part of what's now listed as the Housing Authority building (now pink with lots of additions: 37.806891,-122.28971). The white blocky building just past it appears to be what Google identifies as Cole Elementary School, now painted yellow.
Surprising amount of that track still seems to be in place and usable, though there aren't any obvious active spurs north of the California Cereal Products plant a couple of blocks north of the photo. Line eventually curves onto Louise St. and ends against the freeway fence.
Several other lines appear on the Google photos that were still connected to UP at the time the 45-deg views were taken, though no obvious activity on them. Lots of other stuff cut off & rusting. Some of the track layouts might be of interest to model rr builders - strange enough to need justification: "the prototype did that."
