The Southern Pacific Hospital system had another hospitals in Sacramento and Tucson. They had small
buildings next to their yards for First Aid. The hospital in SF, Sacramento and Tucson were a General Hospital. First Aid station were not staffed with doctors and they did not treat anything that was major example open heart or blood transfusions.
