It probably would have been nice for the outbound crew to say something, but from my many years of working for that outfit, they have probably seen this or some other stupidity happen before and just said, "Not my job, we're outta here." Not saying that is right, just sharing the frustration of the job, and the frustration of so many around you not doing theirs properly.
