Between the coulee floods and the Cascade snow, yes. Been hearing a lot of congestion on the radio lately, trains holding at Ramsey and east of Athol waiting for a yard or fuel track at Hauser. Trains going into the yard, especially the aught or scale track (track zero), being told to 'pull it up tight" to leave room for another train behind.
