Considering the firestorm that erupted when extension of service to Land Park for a few special events was considered - just considered, not even really proposed - I'd say the chance of hooking up with the track along Freeport is negligible. Those behind whose back yards the tracks run will not accept the presence of trains, and they have the money and political clout to make it so.
