Really hard to predict at this point. This article in the S-R from 8/19 really sums up the grain situation. I suspect that they are sitting on the grain now, hoping for better prices later --- just a guess.

We have indications that there will not be any 110 car unit trains until January! We are moving 26-50 car trains occasionally. Earlier this week we had 90 loads on the line to move into Cheney. Complicating things further, many of the train moves are taking place at night.
