Um.. . OK. So transloading the coal onto Columbia River Barges that could possibly SINK in the Salmon - Filled river is better than the possibility that a train derailment might dump a few carloads into the same river ??? And is coal really deadly to salmon ??? And how many salmon, if any, are harmed in the plumbing of the barge locks at the 4 Lower Columbia River dams ???
