Maybe a "little bird" up in a tree, or on a high tension tower told Mr. Speaker this earth shattering news. Too bad the voices in his head do not tell him to stop trespassing on railroad property, to stop vandalizing railroad property, and get himself proper treatment and/or locked up in a home.

The Union Pacific Police and CP Rail have had ample exposure to Mr. Speaker. Unfortunately as he is highly manipulative, and presents himself as somewhat helpless, law enforcement does not take responsibility for him and lock him up. For example ask him about the time he was invited for a cab ride on CP, but then "moved in" to a certain remote helper station, in the Canadian Rockies, proceeding to avail himself of company food and lodging, until ordered to leave. That might even have been the same trip where a train stopped, and he was hurried onto a caboose, because the headend saw a hungry grizzly bear just around the corner, from where Speaker was standing.

Ask him how many times Canadian authorities handing him back over to U.S. Border Patrol because they did not want him in Canada. One such encounter was in upper Michigan, where he was locked up overnight, then shown a map of how to proceed back into the lower 48 states, and was ordered not to try to cross the U.S. Canadian Border again.
