BNSF Snowplow at Auburn on Stampede Sub

Sat at 4:15 pm when I came westbound on Hwy 18 along the Stampede Sub, there were two BNSF units, one in BN Green, the other Blue/Yellow Santa Fe and they had the BNSF Snow Plow trailing the units. The plow was facing east. Train was parked near C Street; assuming waiting to enter the Auburn Yard.

There were also some cars behind the plow with large rock (rip rap)in the brown side-dump cars (sorry don't the "official" name).

Can anyone tell me where they get that rock? Is there a quarry on the Stampede Sub?
