Coordination, notification, and emergency planning for RR oil spills or accidents will only push paper, which is obviously bad and stupid, right?.
It is obviously better not to plan for these events or have a means of tracking or notification of what is on trains, as it would give those lazy evil government firemen too much of an advantage, which just wouldn't fair to the RR's, right?
Since it is our divine right to act irresponsibly, and damage or destroy other folks lives and private property with impunity, and any and all actions designed to mitigate or address those potential threats by states or local governments will just destroy our constitutional freedoms, right?
Those silly people, will just go broke doing it anyhow, right?
It's obvious from this viewpoint, that we'd better just tell the local firemen to ignore the calls from the RR and let your property burn, since it is interstate commerce, the FRA can take care of it, right?
Right......?
