It is actually spelled ZEPHYR.

And, no, the CZ was a train that welcomed all manner of riders. The domes were never reserved and never an extra fare, so any passenger could ride in the dome coaches. The lounge dome was reserved for sleeping car passengers, but again not extra fare. The "first class" section was the dome -observation car, which was the premium fare and that car had a bar in it, but that was one car in the train.

I've been told that was one reason the CZ was so well loved. Anyone could ride it and feel like they were a big shot, since the on-board service was top notch and everyone was treated extremely well.
