Railroads through Ferguson Mo.

Will all the talk of riots what railroad (if any) would be affected by days of rioting and burning?
In and around Ferguson?
During the 92 LA riots the old Santa Fe Harbor sub was closed for almost a week and the old SP line
was closed for a few days and had trains escorted through the burning areas when opened
