This Fresno segment can be made usable, this will grade separate most of the RR (freight as well as passenger) in downtown Fresno. But, this dysfunctional transportation program is still "rudderless". And, this "onward to Burbank" bull, instead of funding the truly useful Union Station run through, is pure nonsense, at this point.

Congressman Kevin McCarthy (from Bakersfield, not Fresno) has threatened to cut funding, but this is being funded from a previous authorization, so any of his efforts would block future funds.

But, personally I think that Kevin will be too busy trying to steal our RR Retirement benefits.....
