George, The reviews are probably posted by guests of club 33 members. The food is remarkable and in the true Disney tradition EVERYTHING is first rate or better from the plates to the service. Where I was working we were a prep kitchen for three restaurants mass producing items that went upstairs to be warmed up when ordered. Club 33 is self contained. We did not do any prep for them that I'm aware of.
