Whistlestop is partnering with a nonprofit afforable housing organization. 40 or so units of single apartments. Requirement to live there is you do not have a car. There will be ZERO parking for the residents, only for the Whistlestop people.

Eden Housing will pay Whistlestop for the space for housing. Whistlestop will us lower two floors of building.

It's going to be a 5 story building filling the entire lot.
