Some guy in a bar told me GE has received EPA Certification for Tier 4. The've got over 1000 units on order and the first production ones are supposed to be out this summer. They've built something like 30 or more preproduction units.

I think GE is scheduled to have delivered those 1000 units by 2017, which is likely when EMD/Progress/CAT will have their non-urea prototype ready.
