Smart has a 2 week window between closures so NWP can get into Petaluma atleast every 2 weeks. That's been rare though that it's been closed that long. Replacing the bridge may take some more time. Basically 4 customers in Petaluma. NWP may need to stock pile some cars in Petaluma before the new bridge starts to go in. They have been leaving 1922 in Petaluma lately so leaving it there to switch the feed mills wouldn't be a big deal while they are cut off. Guess we will see shortly.
