NWP summed it up well. There are three feed mill customers and Lagunitas Brewing in Petaluma. One of the feed mills has it's own spur. Another feed mill is on a lead that runs all the way down along the river to another feed mill, although the line is out of service before it gets to that latter feed mill. They use part of this lead for storage.

What they have been doing since this summer is reconstructing track south of Petaluma. They do about 1 mile at a time. They take about 10 days to replace the old jointed rail with CWR and concrete ties. Then the NWP gets to run up to Petaluma. During the work window, the NWP switches its Petaluma customers with a GP9 1922 that stays in Petaluma.

Another major customer is SMART. NWP has delivered all of the concrete ties and CWR for them.

Over the past two months it seems like the work window lengths have gotten somewhat erratic. There is supposed to be an 18 day work window or something for installation of the new bridge over the Petaluma River at Haystack Landing. That is possibly going to happen in February.
