That tail track looks like a fairly recent addition, and is kinky to fit around existing structures and probably property lines. Love the bumpers at the end of track: piles of gravel. If they're big enough, they work.

Interesting looking a little farther around the area. The plant appears to have all sorts of tracks in it, in use, usable (still connected to something), and otherwise. It looks like it once had service, in addition to UP's, from BNSF, and some abandoned bits of track are still around from that. How much actual cement production still happens there? It kind of looks like it's more of a distribution facility now, but the kilns are still in place.
