I happened to drive through Marin on Highway 101 yesterday. At the highway overcrossing of SMART track at Civic Center station,a quick glance showed the track has not yet been relaid from Civic Center Drive to North San Pedro Road. The roadbed is graded and appears ready to receive ballast.
Construction updates on the SMART website indicates completion of trackage from San Rafael 3rd St to Civic Center Drive during March 2015. Get your video camera ready.
