The old Locomotive Shops site was far from secure. Museum staff found a hobo had taken up residence in one firebox, complete with mattress and TV. The Unit Shop was broken into more than once, and brass piece stolen. However, I would think the locomotive shop building would be a much safer location than stuck on a siding. I can't believe they don't have SOME space inside that huge building!
